Is parking available?
No, the apartment is located in a pedestrian zone in Stresa. Paid parking lots are available in the immediate vicinity.

There are not many free spaces available in the afternoon, but you will find plenty of free parking in the evening. We recommend temporarily using the Conad supermarket parking lot, where the first hour is free.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-in is performed independently via a lockbox where the access keys are located. For any issues, we are available at the listed phone numbers. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Are there international channels?
No, all apartments are equipped with smart TVs.
Is there a laundry room or luggage storage?
Yes, we have a cellar equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. It can also be used as luggage storage for arrivals or departures outside of the scheduled times.
Is there air conditioning?
YES.
Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevator.
The apartment is in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone); can I enter by car to unload luggage?
The apartment is located in Stresa at via Roma 18 (pedestrian zone). At the entrance to the area, a panel will indicate whether you can enter the pedestrian zone. You may enter by car to unload luggage during the following times:
Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Sundays and holidays from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM

The apartments are located in the center of Stresa.
Are there essential shops nearby?
Opposite the apartment, there is a supermarket and a laundromat; 50 meters away, there is a pharmacy, restaurants, and everything you might need.
How far is the beach?
You can enter the lake wherever there is access; there are many free public beaches all along the lakeside.
Are there rooms with terraces or balconies?
- APT Rodari: no balcony, but windows overlooking the historic center and a partial view of the lake and Isola Madre
- APT Stendhal: two small balconies overlooking the historic center
- APT Hemingway: one small balcony overlooking the historic center
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No, smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, subject to a fine of €300.00 for the subsequent cleaning and sanitization of the apartment, curtains, blankets, sheets, pillows, sofa, etc.
If the apartment has a balcony, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, from which shuttle buses depart that will take you within a few hundred meters of the apartment.
